Now Word for Texas by Veronika West
“I saw what looked like the figure of a man appearing over the State of Texas, a man dressed in radiant white light with what looked like a staff in his hand.”
This vision was part of a word released by Veronika West concerning Texas, in what she claims is a NOW moment for the state. She heard the words,
“I AM the Voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way of The LORD’!”
For years, Apostle Michael Petro has been in Southern California, as a Forerunner, releasing the revelation of God to prepare others. Malachi 3 tells us that the Lord will send His messenger to prepare the way before Him. John the Baptist was a forerunner to Jesus, but never able to fulfil his ministry of preparing souls for the Messiah. It is the Spirit of Elijah that prepares others through the process of teaching revelation to bring restoration (ref. Mal 4:5). If you look at the shepherd’s staff, it is the Hebrew letter Lamed, it means to yoke or teach. The ones who carry the shepherd’s staff are those who are teaching and unveiling the mysteries of the kingdom.
During her time of prayer, Veronika West had a vision where she saw the state of Texas covered in deep snow. The state just saw a historic winter storm barrel through, dumping record snow and frigid temps. Many residents were without power for days as energy grids failed, and blackouts rolled across the state.
“Texas get ready! For a supernatural cleansing and purification is now taking place over the land.”
Snow and rain speak of purification of God’s Word;
“Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow”, (Ps 51:7).
West saw this as a time of preparation for the Glory of the LORD that is about to be released. When the temple was dedicated it had to be purified in order to house the Glory of God.
Apostle Michael recently released plans to purchase a large building in Houston to move in this next season. The building and square footage would allow the ministry to operate in what God wants to do with the incoming harvest. Scripture shows us that oftentimes natural events would occur when God would send His prophet to the land. In the account of Elijah and Ahab, Elijah stopped the rains from falling on Israel before going to the king. He then later called rain down from heaven, (ref. 1Ki 17:1, 18:45). Is God giving us a clue that He is about to send forth His prophet to the Lone Star State?
The word was released that Texas was going to be Marked, Sealed, Separated, and Consecrated, to carry and steward The Glory of the Lord. The Wells of Revival were being uncapped and the oil of healing and restoration was going to flow forth upon the land. If we look at the natural, Texas is the largest oil producing state in the U.S. [1] The word anoint is the Hebrew word Mashach, it’s where we get the word Mashiach, or Christ. It means to smear, anoint, spread liquid, anoint in consecration or rub with oil. [2] Those being marked, sealed, or consecrated, specifically kings and priests, were anointed with the oil. Symbolically the oil speaks of the revelatory teachings being released.
We know there are two types of sealing that occur in the Bible. Those who are marked, sealed, inscribed by God (ref Rev 7:9) and those who are sealed in the mark of the beast (ref Rev 13:16). Those who are sealed by God are those who cannot be touched by the enemy because they have given their lives fully to Christ. They have killed the flesh or beastly nature so that Christ can live in them. This is not the church, but the remnant who has been sanctified, set up apart, and made holy by the revelation of the Word. It is this remnant, under Elijah, who uncaps the oil of teaching to bring restoration and healing to others.
“Texas, you shall arise and become a Light in the midst of darkness in this nation and you shall carry the keys of My Governmental Authority upon your shoulders…”
Our nation is in complete turmoil and unrest, with wickedness and darkness occupying the highest levels of our government. Texas has been marked as one state who will not conform to the vileness happening in our land. It is important to note that Texas is actually a Republic that has the ability to secede from the Union if needed. [3] Perhaps this is why the Lord began speaking about Texas to Apostle Michael Petro many years ago, by telling him to make preparations. Many prophetic voices have also confirmed the word of seeing Apostle Michael and The Voice of Healing Ministry in Texas as a starting place for the final move of God. Not only that, but they have seen the keys of David being handed over to Apostle Petro.
“And the key of the house of David I will lay upon his shoulder; he shall open and no one shall shut, he shall shut and no one shall open”, (Isa 22:22).
Those keys speak of the authority to unlock and lock the heavens; or open and shut the heavens for rain, much like Elijah did.
This Light that comes to push back the darkness has to be the Sons of God who walk in the manifested Glory of God. Those who carry the fullness of the illumination of God’s Wisdom. Habakkuk prophesied of this time when he said,
“the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea”, (ref Hab 2:14).
God told Moses, on Sinai, that if they would obey His voice and keep His covenant, He would make them a peculiar treasure above all people on earth. They would be a kingdom of priests, and a royal nation, (Ref Exo 19:5-6). This wasn’t just for the time of Moses, but speaks of those at the end of the age as Peter confirms in his epistle,
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into HIs marvelous light”, (1Pe 2:9).
This is a time of deep prayer and intercession to ask God to reveal plans for direction, guidance, and wisdom for what is getting ready to take place. God is looking for those who walk in the Light, who carry the right understanding of the Truth, that they may go forth and shine for all the world to see. Those who have been sealed by Elijah to bring in the harvest of the nations.
