Shalom everyone. It’s been a little over two years since I practiced as a doctor of Internal Medicine. The Holy Spirit led me to Forerunner Ministries International about three and a half years ago, and there is no turning back. Following the leadership of Pastor Michael Petro as he is following Christ, I have seen the miraculous. Now, one may ask, “What constitutes a miracle”? Yahusha/Jesus said these signs will follow those that believe… (Mark 16:17&18).
Mar 16:17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
But because I see those signs, does that mean it is the power of Christ doing them? The Early Church Fathers (prior to the counsel of Nicea 325 AD) warned us about these end times and that there would be great deceptions regarding signs and wonders, where demons can mimic these “miracles” and thus further deceive. What is the distinction between the false and the true “sign and wonder”? In Matt 7:21-23, Yahusha/Jesus said that many will come to Him in that day calling Him Lord, calling for recognition for all the things they did in his name: ‘miracles’ of casting out devils, prophetic words; and He will say, “I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.” But, but… Jesus.

Iniquity is like taking the wrong medicine or having the wrong diagnosis. The diagnosis is sin, ignorance of Truth, Yahusha himself. He said, “I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me,” (John 14:6). Yahusha said that His words are spirit and they are life (John 6:63). Thus, if we are not receiving the spiritual or the rhema of his words then the sickness, sin, and its manifestation (disease) remains. If the mystery that is the Christ, the Anointing, the Divine Nature of the Father is not eaten daily, then the disease remains, band-aided at best by dead letter religion, which is powerless to cure and actually kills. 2 Cor. 3:6 reminds us that it is the Spirit gives life.

A testimony to the power of this truth is the real-life change that has happened in the life of my brother Nathan Padilla. He gave me his medical records to review. He has given his testimony several times of how he was on the verge of suicide due to depression, severe arthritis in his hands and knees, chronic pain from work injuries, addiction to pain pills and alcohol, having a bleeding ulcer, using “weed” to ease his symptoms, on the verge of divorce as a father of three boys. He also included the swirl of questions, anger and frustrations he experienced through the lies of religion (his parents are pastors). Wow! In the “medical approach” it’s antidepressants, narcotics, anti-inflammatory meds, gastroenterologist, fake Christian psychology; pretty much all of which he did to no avail.
Within three months of being washed with the water of the revelatory Word under Pastor Michael Petro, Nathan came into agreement with the Light of Genesis, and the power of Christ healed not only his body but his relationships, including his marriage and family. All his symptoms resolved! So why transparency? Many things may block one’s healing, for example: pride. Proverbs 16:18 says pride goes before a fall. James 5:16 says to confess our faults to one another so that we may be healed. Nathan has done that repeatedly. It calls for meekness in Christ. The meek (Matt 5:5) shall inherit the earth, which includes the restoration of our ‘earth,’ our health.
Many things may block one’s healing…
By not hiding his sin (ignorance of mystery Christ) but confessing them, the power of the Holy Spirit restored him in spirit, mind, and body and this process will continue until he, along all true believers (Heb 11:39), will receive the glorified body like unto Christ’s (Phil 3:20). This is the season for the greater works that Yahusha said is our inheritance in Him. If we remain transparent and walk in the Light as He is in the Light, we have fellowship with each other and the Blood cleanses us of all sin, dysfunction and diseases (1John1:7).
