When the disciples asked Jesus why He was speaking in parables, He said, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.” The mysteries of the kingdom are the parables. A parable is simply another term for a similitude. It […]

CHAP. III. AVOID SCHISMATICS.
Those who are of Christ are also with the Bishop (Apostle), however those who have fallen away from that unity and joined those who are accursed would share in the same judgment as them. The only time they would talk with those who fall away, is when they were willing to listen and repent. Entering into the Kingdom and Salvation was dependent on being a part of that unity. If you had any association with false preachers you would be condemned to hell.
Yahushua had chosen His apostles foreseeing the issues and mistakes they would make yet would overcome at the end. The apostles of the second century were men who were walking out the Lord’s commands and lived perfectly (spiritually mature). The other offices, presbyters and deacons, were ordained to those offices based on their righteousness. The Bishops, presbyters, and deacons were imitations of the angelic glory. The Church was patterned after the heavens.
Giving clear discernment by giving the characteristics of a true and false prophet. The false prophets are those who prey on the ones who have a spirit of doubt seek after these false prophets for a word as pagans seek after soothsayers to speak about their life. The righteous who are clothed with truth can easily recognize the false prophet and is not affected or seduced by them.
We see here Clement describing the law and explaining the attributes of the law compared to the human character and the character we are supposed to adopt being believers of the divine God Yahweh. We see a clear distinction of the love and how we are to love one another and how important the commandments are to help us birth the Virtues of Christ.
To “fulfill the law” is widely misunderstood among most modern believers. However, the fulfillment of the law is love, and love is the obedience to the commandments. The Pharisees added their own traditions and doctrines. When Yahushua rebuked the Pharisees for following the doctrines of man, He was not referring to Moses. The precepts and commandments are the same in the Old and New Testament. Examples of Yahushua and Paul establishing them is proof.
God’s provision has continued through all the ages for man through everything spoken to mankind which has always been Torah that would form us into His image. God doesn’t need anyone to serve him, but he grants eternal life who does so out of their free will. God doesn’t need anything from us, He has communion with humans for their benefit, not his. He gave the Torah to teach us who are prone to idol worship to serve God. The idols are the things of the letter, the carnal, the temporal, however we are to serve Him by making our focus on the eternal and spirit realm that is in His Word.
The meaning to “fulfill the law” is thus explained as not doing away with it but exceeding its very nature to a higher level than what the Pharisees were walking out. The Heretic Marcion taught that Yahushua came to do away with the law, which was a grievous error that robs saints of immortality. The natural law (or the letter) were for the slaves, but out of our own free will we become friends of Yahweh by wanting to walk what Yahushua taught, which was to walk out a higher level of obedience out of our love for Yahweh of his commandments.
Here is a history of how the apostles carried out the order in the church the way Christ had given the order to the Apostles and the Apostles passed it down to the next line of Apostles. The apostles foreknew that there would be a contention for the priesthood (episcopate) and had given specific instructions on how to prevent that from happening in the Church.
II. Extra Writings From Book I.
In this writing they expose a false prophetic move that worked its way into the church. This person was “carried away in the spirit” and flying in the heavens and had been worked up into an ecstasy and started to prophesy things that were contrary to the Word of Yah and the way the Church operated. There were some people in the church who had discernment, by knowing the Word, rebuked them and knew they were operating under the power of demons. Others who were not rooted in the Word, tried to approach this person to correct them, but because they were not rooted in the Word, were overcome by that false prophet.
