Black Lives Matter co-founder describes herself as ‘trained Marxist’

What does it mean to be considered a domestic terrorist? The FBI defines it as: violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature. [1] If any organization today fits that category it is the BLM (Black Lives Matter) organization. This group has been a prevalent factor in the chaos that has hit our country with riots, looting, intimidation, and burning of cities. So why are so many churches and Christians today aligning themselves with the BLM group?

Recently, Apostle Michael Petro shed light on a news article from one of the co-founders of BLM, Patrisse Cullors, proclaiming to be a trained Marxist. What does it mean to be a ‘trained Marxist’? He revealed that in order to be trained, it means you are well versed in the ideology and ready to implement it. Marxism, simply stated, is the revolution of workers to overthrow capitalism in favor of communism. Karl Marx is author of The Communist Manifesto, the guideline used in the Communist Party. Cullors herself said she was super-versed on ideological theories, “I think that what we really tried to do is build a movement that could be utilized by many, many black folk.”

Cullors trained under her mentor Eric Mann, who was a “revolutionary organizer” committed to the “Marxist Leninist party”, and part of another domestic terrorist group called the Weather Underground. In 1969, the Weather Underground stepped forward, inspired by communist ideologies and embracing violence and crime as a way to protest the Vietnam War, racism, and other left-wing aims.

“Our intention is to disrupt the empire … to incapacitate it, to put pressure on the cracks,” claimed the group’s 1974 manifesto, Prairie Fire. The group had claimed credit for 25 bombings—including the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, the California Attorney General’s office, and a New York City police station. [2]

There is a dark agenda behind this organization and the body of Christ needs to be aware of who and what they are coming into covenant with. The word covenant speaks of an alliance, pledge, either between men, in marriage, or between God and man. Ultimately it is a contract. The first covenant of the Bible we see is between God and Noah in Genesis 6:18. Noah was told to build an ark to protect him and his family, and all the animals from the flood that was coming which would destroy the wickedness on the earth. After the flood, God again made a covenant between Noah and his seed, by sign of a rainbow, that He would not destroy the earth with another flood and his seed would multiply (Ref. Gen 9: 15-16).

What does an organization that claims to be rallying for the racial equality of the black community, have to do with a radical and violent group such as the Weather Underground?

Forty some years after the Weather Underground tried to force America into a Marxist revolution, it’s members still seek violent insurrection and civil war — the same riots, the same destruction, the same attacks on cops, and the same thought leaders, just now operating behind the curtains of the disingenuous name of BLM. [3]

God is not racist, preferring one life over another, He is a respecter of no man (Ref. 1Sa 16:7)  Genesis 1:6 says we were created in His very image and likeness; therefore every soul is precious to God. Paul tells us that in the kingdom of heaven there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for we are all one in Christ Jesus (Ref. Gal 3:28). If we say we are a part of God’s kingdom, how could we align ourselves with any group that would promote a theology of communism, violence, and one tied to the Democratic party?

The BLM’s donation site shows that up until July 2, 2020, BLM donations were collected by the Democrat fundraising arm, “Act Blue.” Act Blue then transferred the money to a group known as “Thousand Currents,” which then — according to its own website — transferred the money to BLM. [3]

God is not the author of confusion, fear, or hate; however Satan is the master of deception. The Word tells us that Satan masquerades as an angel of light and his servants disguise themselves as servants of righteousness (Ref. 2 Co 11:14-15). People are joining protests to voice a desire for rights in their communities under a false pretense. By posing as a movement to empower black people, BLM has ensnared them just as an enemy waiting its prey in the shadows. They are using intimidation and fear to coerce members, while threatening those who don’t believe or agree with their ideologies. How does that line up with their peaceful mantra?

Unfortunately, many are not aware of the real motives behind this group, and in order to avoid being labeled ‘racist’, have offered support. There is a man pleasing spirit that has overrun the churches and members who are siding with BLM. We, as the body, are called to be able to discern and test the spirits as all are not from God.

“Keep yourselves from those evil plants which Jesus Christ does not tend, because they are not the planting of the Father.  If any man follows him that makes a schism in the Church, he shall not inherit the kingdom of God. If any one walks according to a strange opinion, he agrees not with the passion [of Christ.].” [5]

Karl Marx sought to abolish religion and rid society of Christianity. He admitted, “My object in life is to dethrone God and destroy capitalism.” He thought Christianity reflected a palliative used by the rich to constrain workers so they wouldn’t revolt. [4] Karl Marx and his followers of ‘Marxism’ want to completely deny Christianity. They operate under an antiChrist Spirit to bring down the economy and usher in a one world government. In a Marxist society, Christians will be sought after as in the early days of the church.

The true church has to wake up and stand in the gap against the plot of the enemy. A cry must rise up to pull people out of the deception and bring them to repentance. Apostle Petro said the issue was never about racism, but we should be looking at the heart and not the skin color. The church needs to examine their own hearts just as David cried, “Search me [thoroughly], O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts” (Psalm 139:23). When true apostles and prophets teach the revelation of God’s Word, we can walk in light and not be tempted by the enemy and his false doctrines.

“Wherefore, as children of light and truth, flee from division and wicked doctrines; but where the shepherd is, there follow as sheep.” [6]
