Have you ever been in prayer for something and didn’t see God move the way you expected? Many times we might find ourselves wondering if God heard us or question why our prayer didn’t get answered the way we thought it would. However, scripture tells us His thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways are not our ways (ref Isa 55:8). Rather than just answer prayer according to our desires, He wants us to build a relationship based on revelation of Him. Then we are able to understand His ways and trust in His plans when the answers to the prayers look different. One sister in the ministry found this out first hand. What started as a prayer for one situation, turned into a healing testimony for another.
