The Apostolic Race, Exodus from Religion, and The Final Jubilee: Apostle Michael Petro

During a recent night of intense prayer and intercession, the Lord spoke to Apostle Michael very clearly about things that are now coming to pass within the earth. It was an extremely powerful word that was released. We can fully expect that now that the Word has been released, there will begin to be many shifts in the earth and incredible manifestations of the glory of God.

Apostolic race; holy, walking temples.

The Lord spoke through Apostle Michael, about the generation being birthed now:

I am giving you an apostolic race. A race of people that have never been seen. Holy, walking temples.” (1)

According to Paul, apostles were to continue up until the second coming of Christ. Paul said in Ephesians 4:11-13, “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ”. Here, Paul says that apostles were given by Jesus for the perfecting of the church, but the perfection of the saints is only complete at the second coming of Christ as Paul writes in Philippians 1:6. Therefore, we see that apostles were meant to continue right up until the Lord’s second coming, but the majority of the Church has done away with them.

Methodius, a third-century early church father wrote regarding the true temples of God:

Here [referring to Leviticus 23:39-42] the Jews, fluttering about the bare letter of Scripture, like drones about the leaves of herbs, but not about flowers and fruits as the bee, fully believe that these words and ordinances were spoken concerning such a tabernacle as they erect; as if God delighted in those trivial adornments which they, preparing, fabricate from trees, not perceiving the wealth of good things to come; whereas these things, being like air and phantom shadows, foretell the resurrection and the putting up of our tabernacle that had fallen upon the earth, which at length, in the seventh thousand of years, resuming again immortal, we shall celebrate the great feast of true tabernacles in the new and indissoluble creation, the fruits of the earth having been gathered in, and men no longer begetting and begotten, but God resting from the works of creation. (2)

Methodius is saying that the true temples of God are the saints who have put on the glorified body (ref Philippians 3:20-21, Colossians 3:4), those who are no longer slaves to sin and have become the fullness of Christ. These are the saints who have been perfected by the apostolic race and become apostolic themselves, knowing how to build a spiritual temple in others. The Jews completely missed the spiritual sense and thought that God was referring to dwelling in physical temples (tents) made with hands.  Apostle Paul confirms the temple of God is His saints: “And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I WILL DWELL IN THEM AND WALK AMONG THEM. I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.”” (2 Cor 6:16) Paul, referring to the words of the prophet Ezekiel, opens a great mystery for those with eyes to see and ears to hear; God will dwell in a people at the end of the age, who have become His temple. John also confirms this: “Jesus answered and said to them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” Then the Jews said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?” But He was speaking of the temple of His body.” (John 2:19-21)

Exodus from religion.

The Lord spoke further to Apostle Michael:

I am now taking everything away from the religious ones. There will be an Exodus out of the dead systems until everything has been moved over.” (1)

The religious ones are those in the Church that believe they are glorifying God, but they are in fact worshipping another Jesus (ref 2 Cor 11:4).  This is the great falling away that Paul prophesies in 2 Thessalonians, where the majority of the Church has fallen far from the true doctrine of Christ into lawlessness.

In the Old Testament, the great Exodus was the children of Israel captive in Egypt, led out of that captivity by Moses. Only a small few actually made it into the promised land and the rest died in the wilderness, due to their unbelief. Solomon tells us “That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which it may be said, “See, this is new”? It has already been in ancient times before us.” (Ecclesiastes 1:9-10) God always works in patterns, and He showed us through the Israelites exodus out of Egypt, what it will look like at the end of the age with the Church.

In Hebrew thought, every name is more than just an identifier; each name speaks of character.(3) With this in mind, we understand the children of Israel to be symbolic of the Church, and Egypt, in Hebrew understanding, is symbolic of limiting God. The King of Egypt, Pharaoh, is symbolic of double mindedness, because he flip-flopped on his decision to let the Hebrews go (Exodus 14:5). Moses is akin to the law of God, because he was given the Torah on Mount Sinai. Through the Old Testament Exodus, we are given a picture of the dire state of the Church at the end of the age. It is the double-minded, limiting God, dead Church and the only way out into the glory of God (Promised Land), is through the revelation of the law of God (Moses). However, as we saw in the first Exodus, only a remnant made it into the promised land, and only a remnant will come out of the dead system.

Origen, a third-century early church father confirms that the exodus out of Egypt is to be understood on a deeper level and wrote the following on how we leave Egypt spiritually:

If you flee Egypt, if you leave behind the darkness of ignorance and follow Moses . . . For he who does not do “the works of darkness” destroys the Egyptian; he who lives not carnally but spiritually destroys the Egyptian; he who either casts out of his heart all sordid and impure thoughts or does not receive them at all destroys the Egyptian, as also the Apostle says, “Taking up the shield of faith that we may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the evil one.” In this way, therefore, we can “see” even today “the Egyptians dead and lying on the shore,” their four-horse chariots and cavalry drowned. We can even see Pharao himself drowned if we live by such great faith that “God may quickly grind Satan under our feet” by Jesus Christ our Lord, “to whom belongs glory and sovereignty forever and ever. Amen.” (4)

Origen explains that for us to leave double mindedness and limiting God (Egypt), we have to follow the revelation of the Law of God (Moses). He explains that we destroy those Egyptian mindsets in us when we live spiritually and not carnally. Apostle Paul explains the difference between carnal and spiritual Christians in 1 Corinthians. To the church at Corinth, he writes: “However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory. . .” (1 Corinthians 2:6-7) He goes on to write: “These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural [carnal] man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him. . .” (1 Corinthians 2:13-14) Essentially, Origen is saying that the dead Church are those that cannot understand the hidden mysteries and the wisdom of God, and because of their lack of understanding of the wisdom of God they remain impure and unchanged.

Final Jubilee.

The Lord continued to speak through Apostle Michael:

It is time for Jubilee. It is time for the final Jubilee – the greatest Jubilee. The greatest earthquake, the greatest shaking. (1)

Hippolytus, a second-century early church father said the following regarding the final Jubilee:

. . . That the number fifty is sacred, is manifest from the days of the celebrated festival of Pentecost, which indicates release from labours, and (the possession of) joy. For which reason neither fasting nor bending the knee is decreed for those days. For this is a symbol of the great assembly that is reserved for future times. Of which times there was a shadow in the land of Israel in the year called among the Hebrews “Jobel” (Jubilee), which is the fiftieth year in number, and brings with it liberty for the slave, and release from debt, and the like. . . (5)

Hippolytus is saying that the final jubilee is reserved for our time, the end of the age, where there will be complete remission of sin, for those having their debts paid off through the revelation of the word of God.  In the Old Testament, the 50th year was a special year in which to “proclaim liberty throughout all the land” (Lev 25:10). Specifically, individuals who had incurred debts and had sold themselves as slaves or servants to others were released from their debts and were set at liberty. In Hebrew understanding, debt is equal to sin (6). The final Jubilee is speaking of a generation of people never seen before- those redeemed from their carnal nature and living in the glory of God. It is the restoration of all things, spoken by Peter in Acts 3:21 and by Jesus in Matthew 19:28. John prophesies about our time where Satan will be completely cast out of our heavens (mindset) and the final Jubilee will have come:

“And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.” Revelation 12:7-10
