Scripture tells us that Jesus is going to prepare a place for us in His Father’s house and we would know the way there. He says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me,” (John 14:6 NKJV). These are words spoken by the Father through His Son, and when the Father speaks, it is a command (John 12:49). As true sons of God, who love our Father, we obey those commands, as Jesus told us in John 14:23.
Jesus said there is no other way to the Father except through Him. Case closed, or is it? Why do we see prominent leaders in the Christian faith forming alliances with other world religions? They are proclaiming we can all come together under the name of Jesus and find salvation. They claim every religion in the world can be unified by laying doctrines and beliefs aside to be joined together as one.
There is a heavy blanket of deception cloaking the believers who are spiritually asleep. A movement, called John 17- All Be One, is tickling the ears of those who can’t hear. Essentially, they believe if we all become One, then we will be one with the Father, as Jesus prayed in John chapter 17. Imagine pagans, heretics, and Christians all coming together under the name of Jesus and believing they are one. It is not biblical.
There is no other name in which we find salvation, as mentioned in Acts 4:12. We’ll start by understanding what the name of Jesus means. Yehoshua is His Hebrew name and means ‘Jehovah is salvation.’ Jehovah ‘the existing One’ is the proper name for God. The name means to be saved, liberated, to be delivered or victorious. His name, or character and function, literally means to save and deliver us.
The Pope, the largest leader of the Catholic Church, has now said we don’t have to believe in God to get to Heaven. “For those who don’t believe in God, they must obey their conscience.” -Pope Francis How can a sinner, with no regards for God or eternal life in hell, rely on their conscience to direct them to lead a life unto salvation? It’s impossible. It would contradict what God says in Jeremiah, “The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked” (Jer 17:9).
The John 17 movement, the Pope, and the Charismatic Christian leaders coming together sounds promising. Everyone coming together in the name of Jesus to be one body and one bride for Christ is dripping with deception. It is the making of a one world religion. In an even scarier statement, Pope Francis said,
There is only one God… Christians, Jews, and Muslims all worship the very same God… Jews can be saved without converting to Christianity, as long as they love God and love their neighbor as themselves. Muslims can be saved without converting to Christianity, as long as they love God and love their neighbor as themselves.
How can anyone, let alone the leader of millions of Catholics, believe we all worship the same God?
How can anyone, let alone the leader of millions of Catholics, believe we all worship the same God? It is very clear that Budda, Allah, and the thousands of other deities these religions worship are not the Most High, El Elyon, the one true God, Jehovah. They do not have the true Word of the Lord, nor do they believe it. They do not have the Torah, nor do they understand how to walk it out. They are not being led by the Holy Spirit whom Jesus said would come and teach us all things. “The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you,” (John 14:17).
Yeshua said no one ‘comes’ to the Father, except through Him. The Greek word for come is Erchomai. Metaphorically, the word means to come into being, arise, be established, become known, or to follow one. No one is established by, is known by, or follows the Father without first following the Son. To ‘know’ Jesus means we have received His seed, as the seed is the Word (Luke 8:11), and our minds have been impregnated with His seed. Then we can birth the fruits of the Spirit. We can’t be taking in seeds from Satan or antichrist teachings and believe we have unity with the Father.
We can’t be taking in seeds from Satan or antichrist teachings and believe we have unity with the Father.
Thousands of religions of the world don’t believe in Yeshua, let alone believe He is the way to salvation. How can they all come under the name or submit to the authority of it and expect to find eternal life in heaven? If it is as simple as just coming under a name or saying a prayer, it dishonors the thousands upon thousands of early Christians who were martyred for their faith. Those men, along with their families, were willing to be put to death for the truth they believed. The Apostles were crucified for the Gospel they preached and were willing to risk it all for the kingdom and fight against heresies.
Paul warned the Galatians that they had turned from the One who had called them to a different gospel. He said,
“Not that there is [or could be] any other [genuine Gospel], but there are [obviously] some who are troubling and disturbing and bewildering you [with a different kind of teaching which they offer as a gospel] and want to pervert and distort the Gospel of Christ (Messiah) [into something which it absolutely is not]” (Gal 1:7 AMP).
Anyone who was found preaching another gospel contrary to what Paul or the Apostles preached was to be accursed. Meaning anyone who tries to bring another version of the Gospel other than what Jesus taught the disciples would be damned to eternal life in hell.
Now we see an All Be One movement that allows people to worship whomever, live however, and claim unity with each other and the Father. There is no truth. There is no unity because they have different interpretations of the Word. Yeshua told us, “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him,” (Jn 14:21). Yeshua is the Torah, which is love. The Light is the Torah, and we must walk it out as Jesus taught us. The early church was united by the blood of Christ because they had the spiritual interpretation of the Scriptures and walked them out.
The early church was united by the blood of Christ because they had the spiritual interpretation of the Scriptures and walked them out.
The truth is the Word, which is Yeshua. He is the Word from the beginning who was made flesh (Ref John 1:1, 1:14). He is the Light. When we follow Him, we don’t walk in darkness but in the light of the world. Jesus told the Pharisees He knew where He was going, but they did not know where He was from or where He was going. They did not know the Way. They did not see Him as Yeshua, salvation, sent by Jehovah, the existing One. They only saw the Word with their natural eyes and could not see the spiritual understanding in the scriptures (Ref John 8:12, 14, 19).
The Word warned us of these false movements that would come and tickle the ears of the believers and that they would fall away, leaving truth. Paul said they didn’t have a love for the truth that they might be saved, so God sent them a strong delusion, that they might believe the lie (Ref 2 Thes 2:10-11). The wolves in sheep’s clothing have come to deceive. Many Christian leaders are believing the lie and leading millions of others into the pit of darkness because they don’t love the Truth; they don’t truly love Yeshua.
“Wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction and many go in by it; but narrow is the gate and difficult is the way that leads to life and few find it,” (Matt 7:13-14). The narrow path is never easy. It requires a sacrifice of our lives and a renewing of our minds.
“But as for you, O man of God, flee from all these things; aim at righteousness (right standing with God and true goodness), godliness (which is the loving fear of God and being Christlike), faith, love, steadfastness (patience), and gentleness of heart” (1Tim 6:11 AMP).
When we have the truth, the revelation of who Christ is, the seed of God is implanted into us to transform our soul and set us free. In his writings, the Apostle John said, those who believe in (trust and rely on) the name of the Son of God would know (with absolute knowledge) that they have life eternal (Ref 1John 5:13).
